RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has reported the acquisition of 75,800 of its own ordinary shares through JP Morgan Securities plc, with the shares to be held as treasury shares. This latest transaction contributes to a total of 25,815,709 ordinary shares purchased by the company since the beginning of the year. Following the buyback, RELX PLC’s treasury holds 45,527,902 shares, while the total number of shares in issue stands at 1,863,734,063, excluding those held in treasury.
