Raspberry Pi Holdings PLC has granted significant long-term incentive plan (LTIP) awards to its top executives and managers, with various options set to vest on the third anniversary of the grant, provided the individuals remain employed with the company. The options, which were awarded without any consideration paid by the recipients, include both market value options with a £2.80 exercise price per share and nil-cost options. This strategic move aims to retain key personnel by aligning their interests with the company’s long-term performance.
