Quaint Oak Bancorp, Inc. has enhanced its Board of Directors with the appointment of Mr. Bora Ozkan, Ph.D., effective February 14, 2024. Mr. Ozkan, an accomplished academic with a tenure as Associate Professor of Finance at Temple University, brings valuable financial expertise to the board, having previously served on the Board of Quaint Oak Bank and as Managing Director of Capital Markets at Temple University. His initial term on the Board is set to conclude at the annual shareholders’ meeting on May 8, 2024, with his future committee assignments yet to be determined.
