Quaint Oak Bancorp ( (QNTO) ) has issued an announcement.

George M. Ager has announced his retirement from Quaint Oak Bancorp, Inc.’s Board of Directors and its main subsidiary, Quaint Oak Bank, effective on September 11, 2024, due to personal reasons, not due to any dispute with the company. The company expresses gratitude for his long-term service, which dates back to 1968 at the Bank and 2007 at the company. Following his departure, the board will reduce its size to fill the vacancy left by Ager’s resignation.
