Prudential (GB:PRU) has released an update.
Prudential plc has announced the completion of a share buy-back program, purchasing 315,527 of its own shares through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange. The shares, bought at prices ranging from GBP 6.8920 to GBP 6.9780, will be cancelled, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 2,741,546,507. This action is part of the company’s capital return strategy authorized by shareholders during the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
