Prospect Resources Ltd. (AU:PSC) has released an update.

Prospect Resources Limited has announced a new proposal to issue a total of 72,800,000 securities, including unlisted options and ordinary fully paid shares, with the proposed issue date set for 9/8/2024. The unlisted options are exercisable at A$0.20 and will expire three years from the issue date. This move aims to secure additional funding for the company through a placement or other type of financial issue.
