PPX Mining Extends Private Placement Offering

PPX Mining (TSE:PPX) has released an update.

PPX Mining Corp is extending its non-brokered private placement to raise up to Cdn$3,875,000 by September 16, 2024, aiming to attract multiple investors for its 62,500,000 unit offering at Cdn$0.062 each. The units include a share and a warrant, with the proceeds intended for general working capital.
