PPX Mining Secures Silver Royalty Deal

PPX Mining (TSE:PPX) has released an update.

PPX Mining Corp. has entered into a definitive agreement with Silver Crown Royalties Inc. to sell a royalty of up to 15% of the cash equivalent of silver produced from its Mina Callanquitas project in Peru for $2,470,000. The agreement involves an initial payment of $1,000,000 upon closing and a second tranche of $1,470,000 within six months. This funding will aid PPX’s construction activities and working capital during a pivotal period.
