Plurilock Security Inc., a provider of cybersecurity solutions, has announced the completion of its initially planned private placement, raising $4.5M, and due to high demand, it is launching an additional private placement aiming to raise a further $1M. The funds from these placements, priced at $0.20 and $0.225 per unit respectively, are set to bolster the company’s working capital and fund its Business Transformation Plan. Both offerings and the upcoming 10-1 share consolidation are pending TSX approval.
