Plurilock Security Inc. has announced a 10-to-1 share consolidation slated for April 19, 2024, which will modify the number of issued and outstanding shares to approximately 10.3 million. Shareholders will be adjusted accordingly, with no fractional shares to be issued; fractions less than a half-share will be cancelled while those equal to or greater will become a whole share. Shareholders with physical certificates will be contacted to exchange them for new certificates reflecting the consolidation.
