Perion Network Sets Annual Shareholder Meeting

Perion Network (PERI) has released an update.

Perion Network Ltd. has announced its Annual General Meeting for shareholders scheduled on September 30, 2024, where key decisions include the re-election of directors, amendments to executive compensation policies, and the reappointment of their independent auditors. The meeting will also review the company’s audited consolidated financial statements for the prior year. Shareholders as of September 3, 2024, will be entitled to vote, with certain proposals requiring a special majority.
