Pebble Group PLC (GB:PEBB) has released an update.
The Pebble Group PLC has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 11,070 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 0.56 GBp per share, as part of its Share Buyback Programme initiated on 1 May 2024. Following the buyback, the total number of voting rights in the company will be 166,442,954. This move is part of the Group’s strategy to manage its share capital effectively.
