Pebble Group PLC (GB:PEBB) has released an update.
Pebble Group PLC has announced the completion of a share buyback on July 22, 2024, purchasing 6,621 ordinary shares at 0.56 GBp per share, which will be cancelled to reduce the number of shares in issue. Post-cancellation, the total number of voting rights in the company will stand at 166,436,333. The buyback forms part of a programme initiated on May 1, 2024, aimed at returning value to shareholders.
