Pearson PLC has announced that, as of May 31, 2024, there are 669,702,812 ordinary shares in the market, each with voting rights for shareholder meetings, and none are held in treasury. Shareholders can use this total share figure as a reference for disclosing changes in ownership as required by financial regulations. The announcement complies with the FCA’s transparency rules.
