Pearson (GB:PSON) has released an update.
Pearson PLC has actively engaged in a share buyback, purchasing 55,870 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 1,024.23 pence each, with the transaction executed by Citigroup Global Markets Limited on the London Stock Exchange. The shares will be cancelled as part of the company’s ongoing buyback program, which was previously announced in March 2024.
