Pearson (GB:PSON) has released an update.
Pearson PLC has announced that Sherry Coutu, serving as a Non-Executive Director for the company, has been appointed to the board of Raspberry Pi Holdings plc in a similar capacity. In addition to her board role, Coutu will also chair the Remuneration Committee and be part of the Audit and Sustainability Committees. She brings 12 years of experience with Raspberry Pi to her new positions following its recent listing on the London Stock Exchange.
