Pearson (GB:PSON) has released an update.
Pearson PLC has corrected the previously reported volume of ADRs released for executive Arthur Valentine from 31,640 to 29,127, under the company’s Long-Term Incentive Plan. The transactions involved other key executives as well, including the release of ordinary shares and sales to cover tax liabilities, with all transactions dated 1 May 2024. No specific prices were disclosed for the ADRs, while ordinary shares sold to cover tax liabilities were transacted at £9.706565 per share.
