Pasofino Gold (TSE:VEIN) has released an update.

Pasofino Gold Limited has announced a private placement to raise up to US$2.5 million, consisting of shares and warrants, aiming to fund the Dugbe Gold Project and general working capital. The company also appointed Brett Richards, a mining industry veteran with over 37 years of experience, as a Non-Executive Director to its Board, bringing extensive expertise as the company advances its strategic initiatives.
