Pasofino Gold has appointed Brett A. Richards as its new CEO, bringing over 37 years of mining and metals industry experience to the role. The company also closed its non-brokered private placement, raising additional funds through the issuance of units. Richards’ leadership is expected to drive Pasofino’s strategic initiatives forward.
