ParcelPal Logistics Inc. has announced a delay in filing its 2023 audited annual financial statements and Q1 2024 reports due to a required two-year audit by new auditors, following issues with its previous auditor. This has led to the imposition of a management cease trade order (MCTO), which restricts trading by the company’s CEO and CFO but does not impact other shareholders. The company now expects to complete the necessary filings by August 31, 2024.
