ParcelPal Logistics Inc. has updated stakeholders on the delay in filing their annual and interim financial reports, necessitated by the need for their new auditors to conduct a comprehensive two-year audit. This comes after the termination of their previous auditors by regulatory boards. The company expects to complete the necessary filings by August 31, 2024, and in the meantime, has imposed a management cease trade order (MCTO) that restricts trading by its CEO and CFO but not by other shareholders.
