PainReform Ltd. has announced an amendment to their existing warrants, effectively reducing the exercise price to $0.80 per share and extending the expiration to five years post-closing of the offering. This adjustment is contingent on the completion of their latest securities offering and the warrant holders’ fulfillment of their purchase commitments. Should the offering not materialize or commitments go unmet, the amendments will be void and previous terms will remain.
