PainReform Ltd. has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting for shareholders on August 13, 2024, to vote on key corporate actions including amendments to the Articles of Association, re-elections to the Board of Directors, and a significant increase and reclassification of share capital. The meeting will also address a proposed reverse stock split, which could impact shareholder value.
