Hellenic Telecom Organization SA (HLTOY) has released an update.
The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. (OTE) has reported the purchase of 143,571 of its own shares as part of its 2024 Share Buy Back Programme, totaling an investment of €2,016,849.85. With this recent acquisition, OTE now holds 6,959,547 of its own shares, which represents 1.665% of the total outstanding shares. The operation was carried out in adherence to relevant EU regulations.
