Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust Plc (GB:ORIT) has released an update.
Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc has bought back 200,000 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 73.37 pence per share, which will now be held in treasury. Following the repurchase, the total number of shares in issue, including those held as treasury shares, is 564,927,536, establishing the total voting rights in the company. This move follows the authority granted at the company’s Annual General Meeting on 16 June 2023.
