Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc has launched an irrevocable share repurchase program to buy back up to 14.99% of its issued ordinary share capital. The repurchase will be managed by Peel Hunt LLP and is set to proceed until the publication of the company’s interim financial report. Shares bought back under this program will be held in treasury, adhering to the authority granted by shareholders at the recent AGM.
