Origin Enterprises plc (GB:OGN) has released an update.
Origin Enterprises plc has executed a buyback of 19,338 of its ordinary shares on Euronext Dublin, as a part of its €20 million share buyback program announced previously. The shares were bought through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC at prices ranging from €3.1100 to €3.1650, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of €3.1507. These shares will be held in treasury with the possibility of cancellation or re-issue at a later date.
