Opyl Limited has announced a change in director Damon Rasheed’s interest, with an off-market transfer of 1,563,869 ordinary shares between related party companies and a distribution of 1,261,184 shares to staff of Zappli Pty Ltd. The changes, reported in compliance with the ASX listing rules, reflect adjustments in Rasheed’s indirect shareholdings.
