Opyl Limited has issued a notice of change in Director Antanas Guoga’s interest, reflecting an acquisition of 1,108,216 ordinary fully paid shares at a value of $0.0265 per share. Following the transaction, Guoga’s total holdings in the company have increased to 22,624,949 ordinary shares. The transaction was conducted as an on-market trade and was not within a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
