On The Beach (GB:OTB) has released an update.
On the Beach Group PLC reports a 22% increase in Group Booked Total Transaction Value (TTV) to £597.8m and an 11% rise in Group Revenue to £80.8m in the first half of 2024, compared to the previous year. The company sees a 93% surge in adjusted EBITDA at £8.1m, attributing the growth to operational efficiencies and robust performance from OTB and Classic Package Holidays brands. A dividend of 0.9p per share is declared, reflecting board confidence in the Group’s prospects, supported by a strong market and a strategic partnership with Ryanair.
