On The Beach Group PLC has disclosed transactions by its Chief Strategy Officer, Adam Hansen, and his closely associated persons involving the sale and purchase of the company’s ordinary shares. Adam Hansen sold 28,600 shares and bought 14,300 shares through an Individual Savings Account (ISA), while Rebecca Hansen, closely associated with Adam, also purchased 14,300 shares at a similar price. All transactions occurred on the 17th of May, 2024, and were executed on the London Stock Exchange.
