Odyssean Investment Trust PLC (GB:OIT) has released an update.
Odyssean Investment Trust PLC has expanded its share base by issuing 200,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 174.00 pence each, in accordance with its premium management strategy and existing blocklisting agreement from February 8, 2024. This issuance brings the total number of ordinary shares to 130,269,212, all with equal voting rights and none held in treasury. Shareholders can use the total share count as a reference for disclosing changes in their stakes as per regulatory requirements.
