Odyssean Investment Trust PLC recently announced the issuance of 6,542,159 new ordinary shares following a successful Placing and Wrap Retail Offer. These shares have been admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and are now trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market, bringing the total number of shares in issue to 130,269,212. Shareholders can use this new total to assess their percentage holdings and any necessary notifications to the Financial Conduct Authority.
