Odyssean Investment Trust PLC has successfully placed all 785,596 Ordinary Shares tendered in their recent Tender Offer with investors at a price of 172.22 pence per share, reflecting the net asset value as of the previous close. Shareholders who tendered shares will receive a final Tender Price of 171.87 pence per share, with payments to be made on 14 June 2024. The company has confirmed that no Ordinary Shares will be repurchased in this Tender Offer.
