Octopus Apollo VCT plc has announced the issuance of over 5 million new Ordinary Shares at 49.2p each for shareholders who opted for shares instead of a cash dividend. The shares are expected to be listed on the London Stock Exchange around May 17, 2024, with the company’s total voting rights now standing at 843,636,337. This latest move offers shareholders an alternative method to increase their investment in the company.
