Octopus Apollo VCT (GB:OAP3) has released an update.
Octopus Apollo VCT plc has successfully issued 42,534,639 new Ordinary Shares at 52.1p each, raising £70 million with an additional over-allotment of £15 million for the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 tax years. The shares will be admitted to the FCA’s Official List and the London Stock Exchange, with trading expected to start around 18 July 2024. Following the issue, the total issued share capital and voting rights of the company have increased to 882,596,265 shares.
