Oceanteam ASA and Soiltech AS are set to merge, with expectations to complete the transaction and commence trading as a combined entity on Euronext Expand starting 11 September 2024. Shareholders of Oceanteam ASA will receive 0.01543 Soiltech shares for each Oceanteam share they hold. All conditions for the merger have been met, with the final listing requirements and customary conditions expected to be resolved by 28 August 2024.
