Oceanteam ASA (DE:H2J) has released an update.

Oceanteam ASA and Soiltech AS have received approval from their respective extraordinary general meetings for a merger, with conditions such as creditor approval, regulatory clearances, and listing requirements yet to be satisfied. The successful completion of the merger is structured to include the transformation of Soiltech into a Norwegian public limited company and the integration of an Oceanteam board member into the newly merged entity’s board.
