Observe Medical ASA has successfully completed a private placement of 55 million new shares at NOK 0.40 each, raising NOK 22 million. The first tranche of the placement, with 38,137,038 shares, is now registered, increasing the share capital to NOK 59,493,782.92. The company, a Nordic medtech firm, aims to grow by leveraging sales expertise and targeted M&A to distribute its urine measurement and ultrasound products globally.
