NWS Holdings Announces Strategic Acquisition

NWS Holdings (HK:0659) has released an update.

NWS Holdings has announced the acquisition of Hsin Chong Aster Building Services Limited, a leading E&M services contractor in Hong Kong, which will become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary post-acquisition. The deal involves the purchase of the entire issued share capital and sale loan, subject to terms and conditions. This connected transaction is expected to continue ongoing transactions with NWD Group and is subject to certain reporting and announcement requirements but is exempt from independent shareholders’ approval.
