NWS Holdings Schedules Hybrid Annual General Meeting

NWS Holdings Limited has announced its annual general meeting to be held on 22 November 2024, which will include the review of audited financial statements and director reports, a proposed final dividend of HK$0.35 per share, director re-elections, and the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor. The meeting will be conducted both online and at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Additionally, the company will seek approval for the directors to issue additional shares and set directors’ and auditor’s remuneration.
