Novo Resources Corp. has announced the appointment of Ms Karen O’Neill as an independent non-executive director and Chair of the Audit, Risk and Corporate Governance Committee, following Mr Michael Barrett’s resignation. Ms O’Neill brings extensive experience from the mining and financial sectors, having previously served on several ASX-listed resource company boards. The company is confident her skills will enhance Novo’s financial and governance strategies, supporting their quest to uncover premier gold deposits.
