Nova Minerals Limited has successfully closed its US NASDAQ IPO, raising approximately US$3.3 million through the sale of 475,000 units, each comprising one American Depositary Share and a corresponding warrant. The proceeds are earmarked for exploration and development of the Estelle Gold Project in Alaska, as well as general working capital. The company’s shares and warrants commenced trading on the Nasdaq under the symbols ‘NVA’ and ‘NVAWW’, signaling a significant step towards enhancing shareholder value and increasing US market exposure.
