Nova Minerals Limited has announced the issuance of 28,500,000 shares through its American initial public offering on NASDAQ, with each American Depositary Share priced at $6.92 and representing 60 ordinary shares. Additionally, the company is issuing warrants on a 1:1 basis with ADSs, exercisable at $7.266 each until July 25, 2028. This move is expected to fall within the exemption of Section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act, allowing for secondary trading without standard disclosure.
