Nokia (GB:0HAF) has released an update.
Nokia Oyj announced the repurchase of its own shares on July 24, 2024, as part of its buyback program initiated on March 20, 2024, to return up to 600 million euros to shareholders over two years. Following the board’s decision to accelerate repurchases on July 19, 2024, the company has now acquired shares worth 7.81 million euros, bringing its total ownership to 122.9 million shares. The accelerated buyback program, in compliance with EU regulations, will continue until the end of 2024.
