Nimy Resources Director’s Holdings Update

Nimy Resources Limited (AU:NIM) has released an update.

Nimy Resources Limited Director Simon Richard Lill experienced a change in interests with 500,000 unquoted options expiring unexercised on September 24, 2024. As a result, Lill now holds 4,824,981 fully paid ordinary shares and fewer options in the company. The remaining options include 500,000 at $0.35 each and 550,000 at $0.40 each, with expiry dates in 2025 and 2026 respectively.
