Next plc (GB:NXT) has released an update.
Next PLC has purchased 12,237 of its own shares for cancellation at prices ranging from 8606p to 8696p per share, as part of a previously announced buyback program. The transaction was executed through UBS AG London Branch, and following the buyback, the company’s issued share capital is now 126,055,688 shares. Shareholders may need to adjust their notifications of interest in light of the new share capital figure.
