Next plc (GB:NXT) has released an update.
Amanda James, the Group Finance Director of NEXT plc, will step down from her role effective 26 July 2024 but will remain with the company until September of the same year. She will not receive any loss of office payment, and her share incentive benefits will be treated according to the company’s policy and applicable plan rules. Details of her remuneration will be disclosed in the company’s subsequent Remuneration Reports.
