Neometals Ltd has successfully completed a placement, raising A$4 million by issuing new shares, and launched an additional entitlement offer aiming to raise A$5 million for existing shareholders in Australia and New Zealand. The funds will primarily be used to support the company’s battery recycling development, research in lithium and vanadium technology, and other projects. The capital raised will also assist in advancing the commercial activities of the company’s joint venture, Primobius, which is delivering its maiden plant for Mercedes-Benz.
