My Rewards International Ltd has successfully signed a Side Deed with iGoDirect, ensuring the transfer of 17 out of 20 key customer contracts and extending the deadline by 45 days to secure the remaining three. This agreement also includes a significant loan balance reduction, with confidence expressed in fulfilling the terms without material changes to the original Asset Sale Agreement.
